Can I use my own domain name?
Yes! You can use an existing domain name with any of our hosting plans. Simply point your domain's DNS to our servers (we'll provide instructions), or you can transfer your domain to us for easier management. Do you offer website migration services?
Yes! We offer a complete Website Migration Service for $250. We'll handle the entire migration process, including transferring all website files, databases, and email accounts with minimal downtime. This service is perfect if you're switching from another hosting provider.
Can you help build or redesign my website?
While our hosting plans focus on infrastructure and performance, we do offer custom web development services. Contact us to discuss your project requirements, and we'll provide a personalized quote for website design, development, or redesign services.
Domain & Email
What domain extensions do you offer?
The free domain included with Growth Engine and Pro Accelerator plans is available for .ca or .com extensions. If you need a different extension (like .net, .org, .io, etc.), please contact us and we'll provide pricing.
How do professional email accounts work?
Professional email accounts use your domain name (e.g., [email protected]) instead of generic services like Gmail. This gives your business a more professional appearance. Growth Engine includes up to 5 accounts, and Pro Accelerator includes up to 25. We handle all the technical setup for you.
Can I add more email accounts?
Yes! If you need more email accounts than your plan includes, you can either upgrade to a higher plan or purchase additional email accounts separately. Contact our support team for pricing on additional accounts.

How long does it take to get started?
Your hosting account is typically set up within minutes of payment. You'll receive an email with your login credentials and instructions to get started. If you're using our migration service or need custom configuration, setup may take 1-3 business days.
